Join me for a monthly mother circle (online), the third Sunday of the month at 1pm (Irish Time- check your time zone here)

Choose to sign up for the full journey (6 sessions) or sign up for individual sessions.

A mother's day wish for you....

Take a break. A pause. 

From the doing and the planning, the thinking and the to-do list.

Slow down. Recharge your batteries. Feel calm instead of crazy.

Reconnect with your body, hold yourself instead of everyone else for a while.

​

Acknowledge and applaud all you do as a mother. The learning, the laughter, the gazillion trips up and down the stairs at bedtime.

Listen to the stories of others. Know that you’re not alone in the challenges you face, the transformations you struggle with.

​

Tell us what you’re really feeling, without fear of judgement (we get it, I promise, we’ve probably been there too).

​

Explore some simple ways to regulate your nervous system, to understand and express boundaries and to have greater empathy for yourself and your challenges.

​

Enjoy that warm fuzzy feeling that comes with finding ease in your body and mind and with being seen, heard and supported just as you are.

​

(And did i mention REST?)

And best of all? Rejoin your family with strength and smiles.

What this includes

  • Morning yoga practice with a focus on flow and heart connection.

  • Guided meditation and mindfulness practices. 

  • Movement and somatic practices for nervous system regulation.

  • Opportunity for reflection through simple journaling prompts

  • Discussion on motherhood and identity and the experience of 'matresence'

  • A space for conversation and sharing - a chance to share your thoughts, your experience, your emotions (the raw and the raging!).

  • Reflection and practice on boundaries.

  • Yoga nidra/body scan for deep rest.

  • Nourishing sauna time to support deep relaxation and de-stress for your body.

  • Closing ritual/circle.

  • Lunch after the sauna time.

  • A selection of inspiring reading shared in advance of the day - to in turn inspire some rich conversation.

I'm Mairéad, mum to two boys, yoga teacher, birth doula, writer and researcher, creator of the Calm in the Chaos online course which has successfully supported many mothers in their mothering journey. I've studied group dynamics and facilitation and am a trained mental health support group volunteer.  I'm passionate about helping mothers to find space for themselves in the middle of the intense demands of life with little ones.
